Breath of LIFE Summer 18-19
The big health message for summer is – hydration! Make sure you drink plenty of water (unless your doctor advises otherwise). For those with lots of phlegm, being properly hydrated thins out the mucus, making it easier to cough up and less likely to stay down, harbouring bugs. Put a jug of water and a glass out where you’ll see it and have a drink every time you pass. Have a glass of water with each meal.
