Biography

Dr Bob Olivier is the Chair of our Board and brings extensive leadership experience in business strategy and executive search. He spent 24 years with PA Consulting Group, specialising in business strategy and performance improvement, and served as Regional Head for South-East Asia. He later founded ASPAC Executive Search, growing it into one of Malaysia’s leading search firms with over 50 employees, where he served as Executive Chairman for 25 years. Since May 2019, he has been a member of the Senate of the University of Western Australia.
